Refund Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. General Purchase Terms
1.1. Finality of Transaction. All purchases of Premium services or features on Plannaz are final, binding, and constitute a one-time payment for permanent access based on the specifications provided at the time of the transaction.
1.2. Waiver of Cooling-Off Period. By completing a purchase, the User expressly agrees to waive any unconditional cancellation rights or cooling-off periods that may be afforded by certain jurisdictions, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and international e-commerce regulations.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
2.1. Immediate Consumption. Refunds WILL NOT BE ISSUED under any circumstances once the User has commenced using, accessing, or activating any Premium feature, no matter how briefly.
2.2. Definition of Use. "Use" is defined broadly and includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating additional tasks beyond the Free plan limits.
- Accessing or viewing Premium analytics dashboards.
- Adding or managing team members.
- Loading any Premium-exclusive view (e.g., Kanban, Calendar, Timeline).
2.3. System Logs as Proof. Our systems automatically record comprehensive access logs with high precision (timestamps and IP addresses). These logs serve as absolute and undeniable proof of service utilization and will be the sole determinant in assessing whether the Premium feature has been used.
3. Limited Exceptions for Refunds
3.1. Valid Grounds. The sole and exclusive exceptions under which a refund may be considered are strictly limited to the following events:
- 3.1.1. Double Billing. Fatal systemic errors within our payment gateway resulting in verifiable double billing for the exact same user account in consecutive transactions.
- 3.1.2. Non-Delivery of Service. The Premium feature fails to activate within 3 business days following payment validation, ONLY IF such failure is entirely attributable to a primary server malfunction on Plannaz's end, and not caused by user negligence, user network issues, or third-party disruptions.
4. Procedure and Burden of Proof
4.1. Claim Period. Any refund request must be submitted in writing to our customer support within a strict maximum of 7 (seven) calendar days from the transaction date.
4.2. Burden of Proof. The burden of proof rests entirely on the User to forensically demonstrate that a billing error occurred without any subsequent use of the Premium features.
4.3. Unilateral Determination. Plannaz reserves the right to conduct an internal investigation regarding the claim. Any final determination made by Plannaz shall be absolute, final, and binding, and shall not be subject to appeal through litigation, arbitration, or mediation.
5. Chargeback Fraud and Legal Penalties
5.1. Definition of Fraudulent Claims. Any form of manipulation, fraudulent claim, or initiation of an unjustified chargeback dispute through a bank or credit card provider with the intent to circumvent this policy will be categorized as Criminal Fraud.
5.2. Legal Framework. Such actions constitute Cybercrime under the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE) of the Republic of Indonesia, as well as applicable international cyber law conventions.
5.3. Enforcement Actions. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, Plannaz reserves the right to:
- Immediately and permanently suspend the User's account without prior notice.
- Report the individual to local and international law enforcement authorities.
- Pursue civil damages for reputational harm, administrative costs, and all legal fees resulting from such fraudulent claims.
