Terms of Service

1.1. Absolute Acceptance. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Plannaz services ("Service"), you express your absolute and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms without exception, you are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from accessing or using the Service.

1.2. Governing Law. This agreement is final and legally binding under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Indonesia and applicable international laws.

2.1. Right to Modify or Terminate. Plannaz retains the full, absolute, and unchallengeable prerogative right to modify, suspend, or unilaterally terminate the Service, User accounts, or User access at any time, and without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at all.

2.2. Exemption from Liability. We shall bear no legal or financial liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from such actions, including but not limited to loss of data, potential revenue, or business interruption.

3.1. Prohibited Actions. Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• 3.1.1. Intellectual Property Infringement. Reverse engineering, decompiling, source code extraction, interface asset theft, or any form of Intellectual Property infringement against Plannaz systems.
• 3.1.2. Hacking and Exploitation. Exploiting, SQL injection, Cross-Site Scripting (XSS), Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, or manipulating any system vulnerability.
• 3.1.3. Unauthorized Resale. Reselling, lending, or leasing Premium account access to third parties without an official commercial license from Plannaz.

3.2. Zero Tolerance Policy. Any violation of these prohibitions will be met with zero tolerance. Plannaz will enforce maximum sanctions, including:

• Permanent unilateral account suspension.
• Forfeiture of paid funds (no refunds).
• Criminal reporting to the Cyber Crime division of the Indonesian National Police or relevant international law enforcement agencies.
• Material civil lawsuits for copyright infringement and corporate financial losses.

4.1. "AS IS" Provision. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Plannaz expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

4.2. Assumption of Risk. Plannaz, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall never be held liable for any damages, financial losses, or data loss resulting from the use of the Service, server malfunctions, hacking, or force majeure events. The risk of use rests entirely and 100% on the User.
